Vimur Team Challenge är vår egna onlinetävling i CrossFit för lag om 2.
Tre veckor – tre partnerworkouts. Varje måndag presenteras en workout och den ska vara klar och registrerad senast söndagen 20:00.

Tävlingen utförs i samarbete med:
LEVEL 1 (scaled)
Vikt på stång i workouts är ofta clean 40/30 kg, snatch 30/20 kg, deadlifts 60/40 kg och dumbbell 15/10 kg. Typiska övningar i level 1 är knee rises, jumping pull ups och single unders.
LEVEL 2 (intermediate)
Vikt på stång i workouts är ofta clean 60/40 kg, snatch 50/35 kg, deadlifts 100/70 kg och dumbbell 22.5/15 kg. Typiska övningar i level 2 är toes to bar, pull ups och double unders.
LEVEL 3 (rx)
Vikt på stång i workouts är ofta clean 70/45 kg, snatch 60/40 kg, deadlift 110/80 kg och dumbbell 2 x 22.5/15 kg. Minst en i laget kan utföra de allra flesta CrossFit-övningarna (ej ring muscle up)
